The second generation of Pokémon heavily expanded upon the franchise we loved and gave us some of the most iconic Pokémon we've received to date. But even with the improvements we received, the issue of having subpar members of the cast persisted. In this video I'll be going over what I consider to be the worst Pokémon in the Gen 2 games.
