Heyhihello, this is a video about ANIME, specifically Anime Romantic Comedies, and how I love them. But also... anyone notice there are a lot more boy-oriented romances anime lately? That's new(ish). While I don't get into why I think this is the case (the reason is money), I do want to consider what exactly it means for a romance to be for MEN as opposed to the classic feminine romance. What writing tropes or techniques are used for the masculine audience? In this video, I explore that topic at length, discuss how it's different from the past, take a short breat to try and bring nuance to A VERY VOLATILE TOPIC, and try to explain why everyone should love anime romances. Hope you enjoy!
