Last year, I had the amazing opportunity of getting to visit the state of Alaska and got to walk around the city of Anchorage with my twin sister. It was such a beautiful place and had such a different feeling than the rest of the United States. It was truly breathtaking. But as I walked around the University of Alaska Anchorage, I began to wonder why the school did not have a college football team. I’ve been considering making this video for almost a year now but with a very special person in my life getting to experience Anchorage themselves this week, it was my sign to make this video. This is the history of football in Alaska and why they do not have college football.
