Fifteen years ago, once a year, a man would visit our home to help with finances. But we always ended up talking about dreams—his dream of living in Sweden, my dream of traveling the world. Now, years later, our paths cross again in the most beautiful way. He now lives in Sweden with his family, and I am living my own dream, traveling and experiencing life.
In this video, we drive together through the breathtaking Swedish winter to the highest road in the country, almost a kilometer above sea level. As we ascend, the landscape transforms—first snowy forests, then open white landscapes where the trees disappear completely. At the top, we find ourselves in an endless world of snow-covered mountains, with the sky turning into a moving painting as the sun sets. The colors shift with every moment, making us feel like we are standing in a dream.
This was a moment of pure stillness, of just being. A reflection on freedom, dreams, and the beauty of life. And after hours of soaking in this magic, we return home to the warmth of a homemade Dutch dinner, ending a day that felt infinite.
