The KV-1B in War Thunder is a Finnish Heavy Tank for the German Tech Tree. The Premium KV-1B is infamous for being extremely tough to destroy and at its battle rating of only 4.0 it can face vehicles at 3.0 that can't penetrate its armour ANYWHERE.
This tank is so powerful it has a global KD of 3.0 on Statshark. According to Gaijin, these statistics are not to be taken as gospel but it does give us at least some insight on how it performs in terms of the playerbase that IS registered.
This vehicle honestly gives me the heebie jeebies any time I come across one. Hitting its weakspot is very unreliable especially when it's moving and its chances of damaging you back are pretty high. You have a lot of time to think about placing your shots when the enemy doesn't know how to deal with you.
This thing is incredibly strong if not the STRONGEST heavy in the game. Pure German Bias and Russian Bias rolled into one! :)
