While clearing several streets around the airport, the team of Bong Nebrija came across a service road which has long been converted into paid parking by the Barangay.
The problem is that after all the allocated slots had been filled, many people had also parked on the sidewalks and corners of the road. Those drivers were ticketed or towed, for illegal parking.
