I know it's long, but lets face it, glazing is time consuming and doing it live while chit-chatting with you all well it was a POTTERY PARTY with CHAMPAGNE and all! 🤭
With this said..you will see the GLAZE MAGIC in this GLAZE KILN OPENING! I mixed it up with some new GLAZE COMBO I never tried before so you will get to see my first thoughts with this lineup of glazes!
This exciting GLAZE KILN OPENING has some stunning pieces and as usual I use only COMMERCIAL BRUSH ON GLAZES. From MAYCO, AMACO, SPECTRUM, PSH and TUCKERS. Of course, I've got some GORGEOUS PINK GLAZES and some other colours too! So if you are not a PINK fan...that's ok...I got some other gorgeous ceramic glaze combos for you too!
I was nervous opening up this kiln load as I didn't do any tests with the new glaze combos and glaze layering ..and we all know how important it is to test out our glaze combos.
Sorry I wasn't able to show 'before' pictures...I've been just scrambling to get these pots into the kiln that I've not had the time. BUT You can watch the LIVESTREAM and see all the details!
I try and keep things simple and explain my thoughts so it's a totally BEGINNER POTTER friendly video so no matter what stage of your CERAMIC practice you are in you too can follow along and steal some of my combos.
