Life is often more complicated than it needs to be, not just because of external responsibilities, but because of habits and mindsets that quietly add stress, clutter, and frustration. Some of these habits are so common that they feel normal, even necessary, when in reality, they make life harder instead of better.
For a long time, I held onto certain patterns that didn’t serve me. I tried to do everything without a clear purpose, felt guilty about setting boundaries, overthought my appearance, and chased achievements just for the sake of it. These things seemed small, but they drained time, energy, and peace of mind. Letting go of them made life simpler, lighter, and more intentional.
