Considering Germany is just new for Filipino Nurses, there had been challenging stories I heard from other Filipinos too. My hope is you'd avoid these experiences that may make or break your Germany to work here as a Filipino Nurse in Germany.
Questions to ask:
How long is the language course? Is it upto B1 or B2? Is it free?
Other expenses you need to pay e.g exam, translating documents?
Timeline after passing language exam? visa processing? migration to Germany? enrolment to Anerkennung?
Which state or city in Germany
What's their counteragency in Germany?
Will you be binded in a contract?
Do they offer language course or other trainings?
Do they have extra benefits or allowances?
Which facility-- seniorhomes or hospital?
Were they able to help other Filipinos?
What's the living condition?
May you be mindful too and really do your own research before signing anything :)
Thank you for watching!
xoxo
