This morning I made posts. Which you will see at around 1:30 mark in the video. A lot liked it but a few decided to negative and bash me. I removed it because I really don't want people reading negative comments or people thinking we all have the same triggers. We are all different. !!
Anyways !! A lot of times we can get caught up in obsessing about Meniere's especially when in a flare. But non stop thinking about it can actually lead to having attack from anxiety or in attack it can make it worse. Just breath, take your rescue meds. You'll be okay.
