Regenerative gardening course: https://blossomandbranchfarm.teachable.com/p/regenerative-gardening Flower arranging course: https://blossomandbranchfarm.teachable.com/p/romantic-blooms-a-garden-inspired-guide-to-natural-flower-arranging Are your flowers being nibbled by all sorts of insects as we roll into late summer? Yes, ours are too! Because we are pesticide free, we have our fair share of nibblers around--but the good news is, your flowers don't have to look perfect in order to still use them! In fact, sometimes it can be fun to push ourselves to use those imperfect blooms from the cutting garden, and when they're all put together, they look great and nobody notices those little imperfections! We'll walk around the flower farm and take a look at some late July bloomers, and do a little instructional on how to make a hand-tied bouquet that doubles as a centerpiece in this video! Maybe, in a way, this is a good analogy for life...it's not always perfect in the small details, but by stepping back and looking at the big picture--we can still find beauty in it all. How are your flowers faring this time of year? Do you have some nibbling happening in your cut flower garden or veggies?
