Ingredients:
150 ml liquid milk
3 tbs granulated sugar
1 tsp yeast
1 egg
1 cup + 1/2 cup bread flour
1/8 tsp salt
2 tbs soft butter
Bahan:
150 cc susu cair
3 sdm gula pasir
1 sdt ragi
1 telur
250 gr tepung protein tinggi
1/8 sdt garam
2 sdm mentega lunak
How to make filling:
150 gr split mung beans without skin.
4 tbs granulated sugar
1/8 tsp salt
The longer it is soaked, the quicker it will cook when steamed.
You can store it in the refrigerator/freezer.
when you want to use it to make the filling, just thaw, heat it by adding butter/oil so it is smooth and easy to shape
For this pandan paste mung beans bread filling, I took half of the mung beans filling above.
adding:
2 tbs butter
1 tbs glutinous rice flour
1 tbs water
1 tsp oil (optional)
Cara membuat isian :
150 gr kacang hijau tanpa kulit
4 sdm gula pasir (partikelnya agak halus)
1/8 sdt garam
Hasil isian kacang hijau bisa disimpan di lemari es, saat akan dipakai buat isian dipanaskan dengan menambah mentega / minyak supaya lembut dan mudah dibentuk
Untuk kacang hijau pasta pandan isian roti ini, aku mengambil setengah dari isian kacang hijau diatas, kemudian ditambah :
2 sdm mentega
1sdm tepung ketan
1 sdm air masak
Kalau dirasa belum kalis saat dimasak, bisa ditambah 1 sdt minyak
