Doctors do an autopsy to see what killed a person. Sometimes that's called a post-mortem exam. Navy Seals do a "hot wash" where they review what worked and what did not after a mission. Today we are doing a post-mortem of the Murdaugh case. By using the term "post-mortem" I do not intend any disrespect to the victims in this case. This is sort of a clinical look at what resulted in Murdaugh's conviction.
