HOW TO MAKE SOFT TOFU BAKSO EVEN WHEN IT'S COLD
❤️TOFU BAKSO INGREDIENTS
40 to 42 pieces of fried tofu pong / medium-sized tofu [Size about 5 x 5 cm]
❤️DOUGH INGREDIENTS
👉300g or about 20 tablespoons of wheat flour
👉5 cloves of garlic, finely ground
👉6 to 10g or about 1 to 1 ¾ tsp fine salt, to taste
👉15g or about 3 tsp Beef Stock Powder
👉1 tsp Pepper powder, optional
👉1 tbsp Fried onions, finely ground
👉560 ml or about 2 ¼ cups of water
👉100g Chicken, blend with 250 ml or equivalent to 1 cup of water until smooth
👉300g or about 20 tablespoons of tapioca flour
❤️OPTIONAL INGREDIENTS [CAN BE SKIPED]
👉2 stalks of spring onions, finely chopped
👉¼ tsp Micin
👉2 g or about 1 tsp dried shrimp, finely ground
