The week kicked off with the iconic Mint 400 Parade, where the streets of Las Vegas were packed with spectators eager to catch a glimpse of the stunning off-road vehicles and the athletes behind them. The parade was a perfect mix of horsepower and excitement, giving fans a preview of the adrenaline-fueled action to come.
The Off-Road Festival then took over, drawing large crowds who came to explore the latest off-road technology, gear, and merchandise. Fans got the chance to meet drivers, check out the vehicles up close, and immerse themselves in the world of off-road racing. The atmosphere was buzzing with energy, and the entire festival felt like a celebration of the sport.
Next, the Dinner of Champions was a memorable night everyone who has contributed to the sport of off-road racing—drivers, crews, builders, families and fans—all united by a shared passion for the sport. It was the perfect lead-up to the high-stakes action that was about to unfold.
Qualifying set the stage for what was to come, and Nic Whetstone stood out, locking in the top qualifying spot ahead of the weekend’s races. With his impressive run, Whetstone set the bar high, and set the tone for the grueling races ahead.
The Moto Champions were also on display, with Preston Campbell and Ricky Brabec showing why they’re among the best in the sport. They took control in the motorcycle division, navigating the desert with precision and skill.
The Limited Division was nothing short of intense, with a massive car count and a stacked field of competitors all vying for the top spot. The competition was fierce, with each racer pushing the limits, battling not just the desert, but each other every mile of the way. In the end, it was Ronnie Anderson who emerged as the Limited Champion.
In the Unlimited Race, the battle was fierce. Adam Householder claimed the Unlimited Champion title with a masterful race, while Kyle Jergensen fought hard to finish 2nd overall and take home the Truck Spec Champion title. Both athletes showed incredible speed, strategy, and endurance on one of the most challenging courses in off-road racing.
As the dust settled, fans and racers alike could only look back on the excitement and camaraderie that makes the Mint 400 one of the most iconic races in the world.
