I've received some bad news and I became very emotional. I also show you how to make sloe gin, and I make a box of happiness for a friend who is having a tough time.
I contemplated whether or not to include the part where I am crying, as I know there are much worse things going on in the world, but I want to be open and honest with you. This situation is frustrating and I thought I was dealing with it all well, but that silly song (let's blame it on the song) made me realise that I needed a good cry!
