Ingredients

Eggs - 6 pcs
Bread
Salami of choice
Cheese
Tomatoes
Marinated roasted peppers
Olives
Butter
Oregano

Method of preparation

Beat the eggs, pour them into a pan greased with melted butter. Cut the bread into thin slices and arrange them on top of the eggs. Turn the slices over. Grate salami and cheese on them. Arrange tomato slices, add peppers and olives. Sprinkle some cheese and oregano on top.
Bake in a preheated oven at 200°C/392°F for 30 minutes.
