The Ingredients:
1 lbs of crimini mushrooms
4 cloves garlic
1/4 C soy sauce
1/4 C cooking wine
2.5 C stock/water (cool or room temp, just not hot)
1 T liquid smoke
4 T vegan worcester sauce (in the US, Whole Foods and Kroger store brand are vegan. There are more, these are just the ones I know)
4 C Vital Wheat Gluten (add more to the dough if needed)
