Another year has come and gone, and spring festival is finally here! Last year, Christy prepared an amazing list of dishes for our New Year Feast. This year, she let our daughters decide what they wanted to make instead. In today's video, Part 1, join us for a trip to the nearby traditional market to find some fresh ingredients. Then join us for an intense cooking session that involves knives and lots and lots of fire (please do not try this at home, or let children try this unsupervised). Part 2 is coming soon.
