This year, I was able to celebrate the New Year by making festive food again. I started making them a few years ago. It is a very ordinary festive food, but it is something I look forward to only once a year.
I don't have a recipe, but roast beef is really easy to make and tastes great, so I'm going to post the recipe for it.
Japanese-style roast beef
500 g beef
100 ml sake
100ml mirin (sweet cooking rice wine)
60ml soy sauce
Please give it a try!
