In this lesson, we take a look at breach of contract. Once we've established what the terms of the contract are and what those terms mean, we know what the duties of the parties are and can determine whether or not the parties have properly discharged those duties. We'll see that there are three three types of breaches—partial, material, and total—and how they relate to one another.
