Hi, friends! I hope you’re doing well. In this week’s video, I’ll show you three ways that I’m using the Hobonichi Weeks - as a health and wellness tracker, a meal planner, and a home and garden planner. I’ll also do a full flip-through of each of them and reflect on what happened, what went well, what went less well, and what I learned in the last 6ish months that I’ve been using each of these books. Are you a fan of the Hobonichi Weeks? I’d love to know how you’re using them and if you have any suggestions on how I can improve my use (especially the home and garden one!). Also, if you have any feedback or requests for future videos, please let me know! Thanks for being here; I appreciate you! 💗 Videos mentioned: Mid-year planner update: Experimenting with moving into Original A6 + Weekly Supplement https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=CtyovDP_W78 How I use my hobonichi weeks to navigate the sunday scaries as someone with ADHD https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Xl7ecEQmAhQ Hobonichi Weeks Shown: Jin Kitamura - Love it (Panda) Yellow Plaid: https://www.1101.com/store/techo/en/2024/pc/detail_cover/wb24_kitamura/ Hiroko Kubota - Another night of falling star sparklers: https://www.1101.com/store/techo/en/2024/pc/detail_cover/wb24_kubota/ Tomitaro Makino - Shihai Sumire: https://www.1101.com/store/techo/en/2024/pc/detail_cover/wb24_makino To help you navigate this video, I’ve included timestamps below: 0:00 - Intro 1:35 - Three ways I’m using the Hobonichi Weeks 1:41- Health and Wellness Tracker 2:04 - Meal Planner 2:37 - Home and Garden Planner 3:12 - Comparison to other planners 4:04 - flip-through (health and wellness) 9:38 - what I learned (health and wellness) 12:17 - flip-through (meal planning) 17:05 - what I learned (meal planning) 18:22 - flip-through (home and garden) 23:10 - what I learned (home and garden) 25:02 - final thoughts 25:32 - prioritize meaningful tracking 26:40 - re-evaluate all-in-one vs. single-subject planning 28:47 - balance joy and practicality *** Thank you so much for being here! 💗  Due to my working schedule, I am unable to commit to a regular upload schedule, so please subscribe and turn on the notifications for when new videos upload if you’d like to see more from me :) NAME: Alison INSPIRATION: My rescue dog, Coconut. 🥥 EDITOR: me!
