Raise your hand if you love baskets?
I do! I do! Every time I walk into a thrift store I tell myself I don't need another basket, but here I am with a trunk full of more baskets. Can you relate?
I love using baskets throughout my home. They provide storage, the fill spaces in a spot where you just need something. They are practical and functional.
If you need baskets do yourself a favor and take trip to the thrift store before you go to a big box store to find baskets as you will find more than you need.
In today's video I'm sharing some new ones I picked up on a recent thrift trip, and yes I found all these in the same day, just different thrift stores.
But before you pass on a basket that you may love but the color doesn't suit your taste or style let me show you how you can easily refresh it by simply staining it.
Of course you can use whatever color stain that you prefer. I tend to like dark wood and darker stain baskets. When in doubt you can never go wrong with that.
The color I used in today's video for the baskets in my dining room is Minwax Dark Walnut - https://go.magik.ly/ml/29d2a/
