Marvel is back on screens for the second time in 2025. Unfortunately, their output this year hasn't been anything worth dedicating an unhealthy amount of time to breaking down and analyzing. That is, until now. With the release of their latest blockbuster, Thunderbolts*, I am left feeling something I haven't felt since 2018's Avengers: Infinity War. Hope for the future. Or at least in terms of the MCU. That's right, Thunderbolts* did what I thought was impossible and managed to catch lightning (or thunder, depending on if you like puns) in a bottle and recaptured the magic that made me fall in love with these stories. And in this discussion, I intend to find out how they did it.
