The legendary Swiss Airforce documentary film TIGRIS HELVETICUS shows images that have never been seen before:
Life in an underground air base is shown for the first time. Scenes from the hangars in the Alps and also from flight tests at American and Swiss airfields, from assembly and transfer of the first TIGER to Switzerland with the largest transport aircraft in the world, the Lockheed C-5 Galaxy.
The highlight of the film is the last part: a mission filmed from the perspective of a fighter pilot with dogfights against "enemy" HUNTER and MIRAGE fighter jets.
Meanwhile the "Swiss" Tiger F5E/F has more than 45 years of Service in our Air Force
