We got here a 2011 Toyota Camry that had an engine replaced after it was setting codes P0014 & P0017. They replaced it again, but the codes remain. After some digging, it seems there is a difference between Federal emissions and California emissions... I try some tricks to see if we can get away without opening up or replacing the engine.
