Tiny HO Train Layout Build - 4x6 Model Railroad

In 2023 I was designing a variety of compact track plans ideal for smaller spaces like apartments. The goal was to make something that could maximize the amount of possibilities with an area of 4x6 square feet or less. Several iterations were created until I put this one together. This train layout stood out as it allows for the operation of two trains at the same time plus three different circuits to run them on. I sent the designs to a friend of mine and asked if he would be interested in this future layout for his son, he agreed and I immediately started stocking up on supplies to make it a reality.
