Step 1
Cut garoupa into pieces, season with salt and white pepper. Whisk eggs, grind breadcrumbs.


Step 2
Brush fish pieces with flour, dip in eggs, shake away excess of eggs, and dip in breadcrumbs.


Step 3
Fry fish pieces in low heat until cooked, place them on racks.

Step 4
Fry fish pieces again in high heat until golden, ready to serve.
