Hooking up an IBM ThinkPad T23 laptop to a token ring network with a complete in box IBM Token Ring PCMCIA adapter. We'll put a modern hard drive replacement inside the ThinkPad to get Windows 98 installed, go over different types of PCMCIA Cards (also known as PC Cards), and reset the ports on an IBM 8228 MAU with the IBM setup aid tool. Finally, we'll get the Windows 98 laptop on the same token ring network as a Windows 95 PC.
