A fantastic combination of fresh tomatoes and potatoes.
Instead of various spices, I made it with curry powder that is a combination of various spices.
*** Weighing is scale (g), rice spoon (tbsp), and teaspoon (tsp).

✤ Tomato Curry
- 390g, 3 medium tomatoes
- 190g, Half a large onion
- 15g Unsalted butter
- 3tbsp Cooking oil
- 30g,(3tbsp) Curry powder
- 24g(3tbsp) Heavy cream
- 4g(0.5tbsp) Chili powder
- 4g(1tsp) Sugar
- 150ml Water
- A little salt
✤ Potato Balls
- 480g, 2 boiled potatoes (Weight of raw potatoes before peeling)
- 9g(2tbsp) Parmesan cheese
- 10g(1tbsp)Peanut powder or cashew nuts (optional)
- 24g(3tbsp) Cornstarch powder
- 1g(1tsp) Parsley or cilantro
- 2g(0.5tsp) Salt
✤ Decoration (optional)
- Heavy cream
- Chopped cilantro, parsley all available
✤ TIP
- If the tomatoes are sour, add more sugar to adjust.
- If you like cilantro, you can add a little bit to potato balls or curry.
- When cooking tomato curry, make sure to close the lid as it splashes like pumpkin porridge.
- Adjust the spiciness to your liking with chili powder.
