Tomato Harvesting 2021
Gardening in the summer can be tough. The summer heat really hurts the production in the garden but we've been fortunate enough to mix in some cooler, rainy days to continue the harvesting.
In this video I'll be harvesting some tomatoes. The series of harvests were filmed over a one week period. Typically, I prefer to harvest tomatoes after they fully ripen on the vine to maximize size and flavor, but sometimes you do need to pull them early if there are signs of pest damage and you are worried you may lose your whole harvest.
We'll conclude the video with a taste test!
I hope you enjoyed this video!
