INGREDIENTS:
* Tomato (टमाटर)
* Oil (तेल)
RECIPE:
For Tomato Storage, cut the upper part of the Tomatoes and make cuts on them and then keep them in the freezer.
After 3-4 hours, take out the Tomatoes, remove their skin and then put the Tomatoes in a box or in polythene. Store the Tomatoes in the freezer for long time.
For Tomato Puree, take some Tomatoes, wash them and wipe them with a cloth. Cut the upper part of Tomatoes and make cuts on them. Then put the Tomatoes in the boiling Water and cover them for 2 mins. When the skin of Tomatoes will get separated, turn off the flame and take out the Tomatoes in a bowl.
Peel the Tomatoes, grind then and then filter them with a strainer. Put the Tomato Puree in a Jar or in a zip lock packets and keep them in the freezer and use it for 6 months or you can also store the Puree in the fridge for 1-1.5 months.
Second method of Tomato Storage: Chop the Tomatoes finely and then keep a pan on the flame. Put some Oil and the chopped Tomatoes in it and cook the Tomatoes and make them dry. Then put some extra Oil in the cooked Tomatoes so that we can preserve the Tomatoes for long time.
In this way, you can store the Tomatoes for long time use.
