Tomato PILAU is one of the delicious Iranian vegetarian dishes, which is made with fried tomatoes and onions and a little tomato paste. Its spices are turmeric, salt and pepper, and it is served with the village's local yogurt made with fresh cow's milk and fried potatoes.
