Tomato sauce with basil
Pot 3.5lt 24cm + sec quick
Cooking time: 10’
6 portions
Ingredients
3 tomatoes, smashed
30 cherry tomatoes
2 green peppers, thinly chopped
3 leeks, mashed
2 white onions, mashed
1 tablespoon tomato paste
½ bunch of basil, thinly chopped
½ bunch of parsley, thinly chopped
10 tablespoons extra-virgin olive oil
Himalayan salt
Freshly ground pepper
Execution
• Pre-heat the pot over medium heat and set the audiotherm to ‘steak’.
• Sauté the leeks with the onions and olive oil.
• Add slowly all the remaining ingredients
• Wait till the first boil and over high heat close with the sec quick.
• Set the audiotherm for 1’ on the ‘soft’ sign.
• When the first red indicator reached the ‘soft’ sign, lower the heat.
• Wait till all the indicators return to their original state and open the lid.
