Ingredients:-
100 gms tendli (ivy gourds)
1 cup rice
10 - 12 cashew nut
chopped green chilly
chopped coriander leaves
3 tbsp oil
10- 15 curry leaves
1 - 2 tbsp grated fresh coconut
1/2 tsp turmeric powder
pinch of asafoetida (hing)
mustard seeds
For Masala
2 & 1/2 tbsp grated dry coconut
10 -12 black paper
2inch cinnamon stick
4 - 5 cloves
1 green cardamom
1 tbsp dry coriander seeds
1 tsp cumin seeds
