This is the Tongzi Street market in Cuiping District, Yibin City, Sichuan Province, the first city along the Yangtze River, the junction of Yunnan, Guizhou and Sichuan provinces, and the intersection of the Yangtze River, Minjiang River and Jinsha River. It is only 1.5 kilometers away from the intersection of Changjiang River, Min River and Jinsha River, and only 20 kilometers away from Shuifu City in the northernmost part of Yunnan Province.
Before the administrative division adjustment in April 1974, Shuifu City also belonged to Yibin City. Because it is located in the transition zone between the Sichuan Basin and the Yunnan-Guizhou Plateau, the Jinsha River and the Yangtze River, it is known as the "first city along the Yangtze River and the north gate of the colorful Yunnan Province", which has made business prosperous and cultural collision here.
