Heading out to the middle of nowhere (AKA Hollowayville, Illinois) to a place called Tony's Butt Shack BBQ to take on their 7lb "Butt Buster" BBQ Platter Challenge! Brave eaters have only 45 minutes to finish a full rack of ribs, a 1lb meatloaf sandwich, 1lb of brisket, 1lb of pulled pork, 1lb of mac and cheese, 1lb of deep fried potato salad and 2 cornbread muffins. Winners earn their $59 meal for free, a groovy t-shirt, and a spot up on the Butt Shack's Wall of Fame!
