The Sum function adds the values in a range of cells. The CountA function counts the number of non-blank cells in a range of cells.
The CountBlank function counts the number of cells that are blank in a range of cells.
The Average function calculates the average of the values in a range of cells.
The Smallest function finds the smallest value in a range of cells.
The Largest function finds the largest value in a range of cells.
The Vlookup function searches for a value in an array and returns the corresponding value from another array.
The If function returns one value if a condition is true and another value if the condition is false.
The SumIf function sums the values in a range of cells that meet a specific condition.
The CountIf function counts the number of cells in a range of cells that meet a specific condition.
XLOOKUP searches for a value in an array or table and returns a corresponding result in another column or row, working more flexibly than VLOOKUP and HLOOKUP.
DATEDIF, Calculates the difference between two dates in years, months or days, useful for finding out the age or time between dates.
AVERAGEIF, Returns the average of the values in a range that meet a specific criterion.
LEN, Counts the number of characters (including spaces) in a cell.
TEXT, Formats a numeric value or date as text, allowing format customization.
MONTHLY, Returns the date of the last day of the month, with the option to add or subtract months from a starting date.
TODAY, Returns the current system date and is updated automatically.
OR, Checks if at least one of the conditions is true and returns TRUE or FALSE.
AND, Checks if all the specified conditions are true, returning TRUE only if all are met.
TRIM, Removes extra spaces in a text, leaving only one space between words.
