Every area in Dubai is different.
Many people think Dubai is only an expensive concrete jungle but as someone who has lived here for 2 years, I can tell you Dubai actually has areas to suit all kinds of different needs, lifestyles and budgets.
So in this video I am going to take you to my favourite areas in Dubai that I would consider living in, the pros and cons of each you would only know once you have spent time here, and which area is right for what type of person.
Outside these 5 areas I will also show some honourable mentions, as well as a few areas you definitely want to avoid if you don’t want your Dubai experience to be ruined.
I am also personally considering buying property soon I will also give my perspective on buying in these areas, ie prices, what kind of buildings you have, whch ones I think will go up etc.
