1) Not sure if you read these at all, but do you have any drills for keeping shoulders closed until foot plant and/or for keeping the front foot closed until almost foot plant?
2) Does the trunk been rotating "forcefully" by the pitcher (using trunk muscles) or is it "passively" rotated by pelvis ? In other words, in pitching is here only an "active" rotation just of the pelvis or pelvis then torso ?
Shoud really help me to understand pitching mechanics, thanks a lot :)?
3) I’m a minor leaguer and I’m wondering what you think is the best way to train the back leg to rotate properly. I do it naturally and am trying to teach someone, Interested in your thoughts?
