A super interesting and fun routine for kids to work on their core with the best plank and sit-up exercises!!!

The core muscles are responsible for maintaining the body's balance and stability, supporting our movements and keeping us safe when performing them. Strengthening the core allows us to avoid certain types of injuries and falls, whether in sports, play or in everyday life. Kids who do this strengthening work feel safer and stronger to move, which consequently improves their agility and flexibility. Today's routine will make the little ones strengthen their bodies with dynamic and intense movements, thus improving their overall health and strength.
