Everybody breaks down sooner or later, and this time I got a phone call from another local towing company that I work with pretty regularly to go get one of their own. They started off with just a day of exploring the woods and high altitude volcanic lakes when Suburban number one blew a transmission. Then while trying to pull it out of the canyon with Suburban number two, they blew a radiator. So they called me to go up to do the off road recovery portion of the job. I headed up into the woods and towed them back to the East Lake Resort where their rollback was waiting to tow one back to town, while I towed the other.
