Wonderful outing, without our Campagnola (under maintenance), which featured two off-road vehicles from Toyota and two from UAZ. In the video, as you asked me in the community, I added images of the
same steps made by Campagnola (that day under maintenance)
in the background conditions as similar as possible, sometimes worse, to have an end
virtual comparison. The two UAZs and two Toyotas challenged each other with no holds barred (on the bodywork) in our most beautiful and technical route, among other things under a pouring rain and therefore with a lot of mud that put the vehicles, the drivers and us to the test that we had to shoot the videos. One vehicle each with higher preparation (LJ73 and UAZ469B), one with soft preparation (Toyota BJ) and one original (UAZ469B).
The cars are:
Toyota LJ73: prepared with rear block, trim +5 cm, tires increased by 1 cm.
Toyota BJ: prepared with trim +5 cm and 33" tires.
UAZ469B: prepared with trim +5cm, body lift +5cm, slightly tuned engine (10-15HP)
UAZ469B: Original.
Tell me what you think of these vehicles and if the result is in line with your expectations.
The beautiful video images are shot by Sara. The cover photo is by Luca.

P.S.: Our videos are faithful accounts of our adventures which are not competitions to see who has the best off-road vehicle as everyone has different performances and it would make little sense, but simple off-road days with friends. The fight is with your own means and with yourself, trying to improve and get closer to your limit. If you climb well if not patience. With the Campagnola we try to do off-roading the old-fashioned way with a completely original car, aiming to improve ourselves as drivers rather than the vehicle.
We repay the modest disturbance that we cause to nature in our passage by collecting the rubbish abandoned in the woods that we find.
Our vehicles are in perfect working order, have no oil or other liquid leaks and therefore have no environmental impact. The streams that we have crossed are also crossed every day by herds of cows that cause infinitely greater damage than the rapid passage once a year of our off-road vehicles.
Whenever possible, we always avoid passing over the meadows, always staying within the roads and mule tracks marked out or opened by the municipal woodcutters with their bulldozers and tractors.
