-Colorado Avalanche trade Mikko Rantenan to the Carolina Hurricanes for Marty Necas and Jack Drury plus a 2nd and 4th round pick.
- Chicago Blackhawks are retained half of Mikko Rantenan's cap and sending Taylor Hall and Nils Juntorp to Carolina Hurricanes for their own 2025 3rd round pick.
- Chicago did get cap space back though, I guess.....
