Chicken Recipe I mentioned:
1/2 bag pasta
2 chicken breasts
1 bag broccoli
5 garlic cloves chopped
Olive Oil
Parm
Aglio Olio Seasoning
Preheat oven to 425
Cut up broccoli and add garlic + enough olive oil to cover the broccoli. Put on parchment paper and bake at 425 for 15 min.
Pat chicken dry, cover with agile olio seasoning and cut into cubes / sauté in pan with avocado oil until cooked (about 8 min)
Boil Pasta according to directions
Combine cooked pasta, broccoli, and chicken in the chicken pan. Drizzle enough olive oil to cover the pasta and add parm
Serve & Enjoy!
