For the two pans, with a diameter of 34 cm, of wonderful Tsipopita, we used for the dough A) 1500 g of rustic flour. B) A spoonful of Baking powder 11 g. C) One sachet of mastic 5 g. D) 40 ml white vinegar E) 2-3 g salt F) 300 ml seed oil G) 500 ml Lukewarm water.
For filling A) 650 g tsipa from sheep's milk or sheep's milk butter. B) 4 tablespoons white granulated sugar 80 g. C) 3 tablespoons cinnamon 24 g.
To open the leaves we will have about 200 g of Niseste.
For the syrup we will use A) 4 glasses of sugar 800 g. B) 3½ glasses of water 700 ml. C) 3-4 cinnamon sticks D) 8-10 cloves E) Orange peel F) About 10 drops of lemon juice G) About 40 ml of flower water.
