今回は山形のだしです。
正直な話、山形県民みんな山形のだしが好きかと言われたらNOですし、
毎年食べるかと言われればNOです。

醤油 大さじ３
みりん 小さじ３

ナンプラー（魚醤） 小さじ1/2

ごま油 小さじ１
野菜は個体差ありますので、味が足りない場合は調整。
