Traditional Pecan Pie 1 pie crust 2 1/2 cups pecans, quartered 3 eggs, beaten 4 Tablespoons melted butter 3/4 cup light brown sugar 1/4 cup white sugar 3/4 cup + 2 Tablespoons corn syrup (light or dark) 1 teaspoon vanilla 1/4 teaspoon salt 1/4 teaspoon cinnamon Redi-Whip or vanilla ice cream Preheat oven to 350°. Fit crust into pie plate. Place pecan pieces in bottom of crust. In a large bowl, whisk together the next eight ingredients. Pour over the pecans. Pecans will float to the top. Cover the edges of the crust. Bake 50 minutes until firm around the edges and barely jiggly in the center. Allow the pie to come to room temperature sitting on your counter, then refrigerate for two hours or more to allow the pie filling to firm up. CONTACT INFORMATION: Come Sit At My Table P.O.
