For the simit & pide dough
2 tsp dry yeast
1 tbsp sugar
1 cup lukewarm water
2/3 cup warm milk
1 egg
4-5 cups flour
1+1/2 tsp salt
2 tbsp olive oil
more flour until soft playable dough

1/4 cup molasses or maple syrup or any dark syrup
1/3 cup water
1/2 cup or more sesame seeds

1 egg for egg wash the ramadan pide
sesame and nigella seeds for the pide to decorate
