International Coaching Part 1:
I visited Benedikt Duda in Dusseldorf, Germany 🏓
I’ve been working with Benne (online / remotely) for around 9-10 months now, specifically on helping him develop his service game. I was fortunate enough to be able to visit him in Dusseldorf and work with him face to face. So, here’s a little insight as to what we got up to and of course, we had a little service challenge at the end. Who do you think won?
We weren’t able to cover everything we wanted to, as Benne was recovering from a knee injury but it did allow us to really focus in on some specific details.
Every season has ups and downs, unexpected losses, mental blocks, doubts AND can also have superb wins, competition victories and peak rankings. Benne has experienced all of the above but I’m really grateful to be a part of his team, especially during the time when he won his first WTT Contender Championship in Mendoza and achieving his highest World Ranking of 25.
